§ 73.11 ABANDONED VEHICLE FUND.

As required by I.C. § 9-22-1-30, there is established an abandoned vehicle fund. This account shall be funded by annual appropriation sufficient to carry out the requirements of this chapter. Money remaining in the fund at the end of a fiscal year shall remain in the fund and not revert to the general fund.
