§ 73.03 OFFICERS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHAPTER ENFORCEMENT.
   Any regular member of the Police Department, or any City Building Inspector, is vested with the authority and responsibility to perform the duties ascribed to city officers under the provisions of I.C. § 9-22-1 and under the terms of this chapter.
