§ 72.72 ENFORCEMENT PREREQUISITES.
   (A)   If the owner of a business, church, organization, or property to which the public has access, wishes to declare and post their property as "protected property", the owner shall give notice to the city of such posting and shall cooperate in the prosecution of any person charged with violation of this subchapter pursuant to any such posting.
   (B)   Notices will be filed with the Police Department, which shall maintain a current list of all such protected properties within the city. Copies of all such notices shall be provided by the Police Department to the Board of Public Works and Safety.
   (C)   The city shall furnish a form to be executed by the property owner which shall constitute notice to the city of the property owner's election to be covered by the provisions of this subchapter. For a fee to be set by the Board of Public Works and Safety, the owner shall be issued standardized notice signs to be posted and maintained by the owner. Such notices shall be posted in conspicuous places designating property as a protected property, and only upon the proper posting of such notices shall compliance with this subchapter be enforced by the city.
