For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
“PROTECTED PROPERTY.” Any business, church, organization, or property to which the public has access and that has a conspicuously posted notice that identifies the property as being protected by this subchapter. Said notice shall be in substantially the following form: “This property is protected by the terms of Ordinance 6272 of the City of Kokomo, Indiana, regarding unauthorized parking.”
