(A) The provisions of § 72.60(A), (B), and (C) may be enforced as follows:
(1) The violator may be issued a citation for the commission of a Class C infraction pursuant to the provisions of IC 5-16-9-5 of the state statute concerning parking facilities for physically handicapped persons; or
(2) The violator may be issued a citation for violation of this subchapter.
(B) The provisions of § 72.60(D) shall be enforced through issuance of a citation for violation of this subchapter.
