(A) The owner of any parking facility shall provide reserved parking for physically handicapped individuals. The number of reserved spaces so provided shall, as a minimum, comply with the provisions of IC 5-16-9-2.
(B) The City Traffic Commission shall reserve parking spaces on municipally owned lots as prescribed by state law. The number of reserved spaces so provided shall, as a minimum, comply with the provisions of IC 5-16-9-2. In addition, the Commission shall reserve parking on city streets as required, to be used for the exclusive use of physically handicapped persons.
