The Police Department and the Fire Department shall patrol all fire lanes and may cause any illegally parked vehicle to be towed from the fire lane at the expense of the vehicle's owner. A violation written under § 72.41 will result in a fee of $50 to be made payable in accordance with § 72.99(A).
