§ 72.21 OVERTIME PARKING OR PARKING WITHOUT PAYMENT.
   The parking of a vehicle overtime or beyond the period of time fixed for a parking zone shall be a violation of this section, and the parking of a vehicle without payment of the rates set forth in § 72.22 shall be a violation of this section.
