(A) Whoever violates any provision of this title for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be fined not more than $1,000. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 70.09, or any person who aids, abets or assists therein shall, after having been found to have violated any of the provisions contained therein, pay a fine or penalty for each violation in a sum of not less than $10 nor more than $500. In addition to the fine or penalty, the violator shall pay the fees assessed by the court.
(C) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 70.10 shall be subject to a fine of $100 and the moped shall be subject to impound until such violation is remedied to the satisfaction of the Kokomo Police Department.
