§ 30.16 DEPARTMENT OF AVIATION.

(A) Board of Aviation Commissioners. The Department of Aviation shall operate under the control and supervision of the Board of Aviation Commissioners. The Board of Aviation Commissioners shall be constituted and operate as set out in §§ 32.21 through 32.29 of this code.

(B) Powers and duties. The Board of Aviation Commissioners shall, in the operation of the Department of Aviation, have all powers and duties provided by state law and local ordinance and shall comply with all applicable federal regulations concerning the operation of aviation facilities.
