§ 51.01 RECONNECTING SUPPLY.

It shall be unlawful for any person to reconnect, or reopen, the pipes supplying the water furnished by the Kokomo Water Company, where such supply of water has been discontinued, without first procuring from the Company written permission to make such reconnection or reopening.
