§ 38.16 PER DIEM AND MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT RATES.

Mileage reimbursement rates and per diem allowances will be fixed at the rate established by the state. Parking and toll charges are not included in the mileage rate and shall be reimbursed in addition to the established mileage rate.
