§ 36.51 ACCESS TO PUBLIC RECORDS ACT.
   All requests for inspection or copying made by the public for submissions tendered under this chapter shall be subject to disclosure in accordance with IC § 5-14-3-1 et seq. the Indiana Access to Public Records Law.
