(A) Pursuant to the criteria and procedures established by the Board of Public Works and Safety, the Community Arts Commission will solicit grant applications, evaluate the applications, and make recommendations to the Board of Public Works and Safety for funding of qualified projects.
(B) Funding of qualified projects shall be approved or disapproved by the Board, taking into account the recommendation of the Community Arts Commission.
(C) Disbursement of funds will be on claim forms and in a manner prescribed by the Board of Public Works and Safety and the State Board of Accounts.
(D) On or before January 31, l986, and annually thereafter, the Community Arts Commission shall submit to the Mayor, the Common Council, and the Board of Public Works and Safety, a written report describing its activities for the preceding year.
