§ 130.33 PARKED RECREATIONAL VEHICLES EXEMPT.
   The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to a recreational vehicles legally parked on any street, on in any publicly owned parking lot or publicly owned area, improved or unimproved, if it is not at that time being used as temporary living quarters.
