§ 159.35 DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATOR.
   The Common Council of the City of Kokomo hereby appoints the Director of the City Plan Commission to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter, and the Director is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
