§ 118.04 COMMITMENTS ARE BINDING.

Commitments entered under this chapter are binding on the permit holder, and continuing compliance with such commitments constitutes a condition to operating under an Economic Development Alcohol Permit within the city. In the event that a permit holder violates commitments entered under this chapter, the city may recommend that the permit be revoked or any renewal be denied.
