§ 160.07 RETALIATORY EVICTION PROHIBITED.
   It shall be a violation of this chapter for any owner or his or her agent to bring or threaten to bring an action for possession for the purpose of retaliating against a tenant for requesting an inspection as provided for in § 160.05.
