§ 156.12 EXTRATERRITORIAL EFFECT.
   As to any unincorporated area within the two miles of the cor- porate limits of the city, this chapter shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, signature by the Mayor, and at such time as the City Plan Commission has exercised and has acquired control of any part of the two-mile area according to IC 18-7-4-205.
