(A) The subdivider shall provide the subdivision with a complete Water Main Supply System which shall be connected to a municipal or community water supply system.
(B) The plan for the installation of a subdivision Water Main Supply System shall be prepared by the subdivider, reviewed by the City Engineer and approved by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
(C) Upon the completion of the Water Main Supply System installation, the plans for such system as built shall be filed with the Board of Public Works and Safety and the Commission.
(D) Hydrant locations shall be approved by the City of Kokomo Fire Chief. Prior to issuance of building permits, hydrants shall be inspected for operation by the City Engineer.
