(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the township, for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the township by reason of the violation.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation convicted of violating the provisions of § 54.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subjected to a fine of not to exceed $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding 90 days, or both the fine and imprisonment, in the discretion of the court, together with the costs of the prosecution.
(C) Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter shall be served by the Township Board with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
(D) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 54.09(A) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount of not to exceed $500. Each day in which the violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense. The township may also apply to the appropriate court for injunctive relief.
