For the purpose of inquiry, the Township Board and its members shall deal with the Department of Administrative Services, the Department of Public Works, Code Enforcement, Fire Department, Community Development, any other department created by the township and the township operations solely through the Township Manager. The Township Board may give department directors and the Fire Chief directives by majority vote of the Township Board.
