§ 32.01 POSITION CREATED.

The Township Board creates the position of Township Manager, who, as the sole link between the Township Board and the operations and activities of the township government, will be accountable and responsible to the Township Board for the total organizational performance of the township. The Township Board determines the compensation for the Township Manager and is responsible for the performance review of the Township Manager.
