§ 31.12 DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.
   There is hereby created a Department of Administrative Services to be staffed by individuals needed to perform the administrative functions of the township offices. The Department of Administrative Services includes the office of the Township Manager and the front office staff. The Township Manager shall head the Department of Administrative Services.
