§ 31.10 DEPARTMENTS AND OFFICES.
   (A)   The Township shall have the following departments which the Township Manager shall supervise and direct:
      (1)   Department of Administrative Services.
      (2)   Community Development Department.
      (3)   Code Enforcement Department.
      (4)   Fire Department.
      (5)   Department of Public Works.
   (B)   The Township shall have the following offices:
      (1)   Office of the Township Manager.
   (C)   The Township Manager shall not oversee the following deputies:
      (1)   Deputy Supervisor. Pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 41.61, the Deputy Supervisor shall be supervised by the Township Supervisor.
      (2)   Deputy Clerk. Pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 41.69, the Deputy Clerk is shall be supervised by the Township Clerk.
      (3)   Deputy Treasurer. Pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 41.77, the Deputy Treasurer shall be supervised by the Township Treasurer.
