The township provides sanitary sewer disposal services within designated areas of the township. This chapter is intended to regulate the areas of the township where public sewer is available or become available in the future. Additionally, this chapter is intended to regulate the areas of the township where public sewer is not available until such time as public sewer becomes available in the future.
