(A) All refuse accumulated in the township shall be collected, conveyed and disposed of by the contract hauler under the supervision of the Township Supervisor.
(B) The Township Supervisor shall have the authority to make regulations concerning the days of collection, routes of collection vehicles, type and location of waste containers and other matters pertaining to the collection, conveyance and disposal as he or she shall find necessary, and to change and modify the same; provided that, the regulations are not contrary to the provisions hereof.
