§ 114.09 TERM AND RENEWAL OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Every license issued pursuant to this chapter shall terminate on March 31st, unless it is revoked sooner, and a license must be renewed before operation is allowed for the subsequent 12 months beginning on April 1st and ending on March 31st.
   (B)   The application for renewal shall contain such information, data, and documentation as is required for an application for a new license. An application for renewal shall be processed in accordance with the procedure outlined in § 114.07 regarding the procedure for processing a license application.
   (C)   A license renewal fee in the amount established by resolution of the Township Board shall accompany the renewal application when it is filed with the Code Enforcement Officer or his/her designee. In addition to the renewal fee, a late renewal fee in the amount established by resolution of the Township Board shall be assessed against an applicant who files for a renewal less than 60 days before the license expires.
