Every license shall be granted subject to the conditions put forth in divisions (A) and (B) of this section and all other provisions of this chapter and of any applicable township, state, or federal law.
   (A)   General conditions.
      (1)   The township shall issue the sexually oriented business license to the applicant. The license shall not be transferred to another holder.
      (2)   The license shall be issued only for the premises or location described in the application. No license may be transferred to another location or place without the approval of the Township Board.
      (3)   No minor shall be allowed in or on the premises of a sexually oriented business.
      (4)   Every licensee shall be responsible for the conduct of his or her place of business and shall maintain conditions consistent with this chapter and all federal, state and local rules and regulations generally.
   (B)   Display of license.
      (1)   Every sexually oriented business shall be provided with a license which prominently states on its face the expiration date of the license, the name of the licensee, the name, and type of the sexually oriented business, and the address of the sexually oriented business. The licensee shall only conduct business at the address and in the name shown on the license. If the licensee has other sexually oriented businesses, then the licensee must obtain a separate license for each business and operate at separate locations.
      (2)   A license for sexually oriented business shall be displayed on the premises of the sexually oriented business in a conspicuous place so that it may be readily seen by person entering the premises, and, upon request, the licensee shall make the license available to law enforcement or to the Township Building Inspector during normal business hours.
