The township shall not grant a sexually oriented business license nor may one be held by any person who:
(A) Is under 18 years of age;
(B) Has been convicted of a felony or any obscenity crime as defined by Act 266 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1974 (Criminal Sexual Conduct Act) and respective amendments;
(C) Is not the proprietor of the establishment for which the license is issued.
(D) Has not paid the license and investigative fees required by this division.
(E) Is not a citizen of the United States or a lawful resident alien;
(F) Has had an adult use or similar permit or license revoked within ten years prior to date of application under an ordinance or statute similar to this chapter.
