(A) A person shall not establish, operate or maintain a sexually oriented business with Kochville Township without a valid sexually oriented business license issued by the township pursuant to this chapter.
(B) A person who operates or maintains a sexually oriented business which exists prior to the effective date of this chapter shall not continue to operate or maintain said business unless that person obtains a valid sexually oriented business license issued by the township pursuant to this chapter within 90 days of the effective date of this chapter.
(C) A person shall not establish, operate, or maintain a sexually oriented business within Kochville Township except in the manner authorized by and in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the licensee’s license.
