(A) It shall be the duty of the township to cause inspections to be made of all properties served by the public water supply where a cross-connection with the public water supply is deemed probable.
(B) The township shall establish the frequency or inspections and re-inspection based on potential health hazards involved.
(C) The cost of inspection as determined by the township shall be borne and paid by the property owner upon which the inspection takes place.
