The township has the exclusive right to establish, maintain and collect rates and charges for water supplied from the water system. The Township Board may make rules, orders or regulations, as it deems advisable and necessary to assure the efficient management and operation of the system. The township may employ or contract a person or persons in that capacity or capacities, as it deems advisable to carry out the efficient management and operation of the system.
