§ 154.19 DISSOLUTION OF AUTHORITY UPON COMPLETION OF PURPOSES; TITLE OF PROPERTY.
   (A)   The Authority shall be dissolved by ordinance of the governing body after it has completed the purposes for which it was organized.
   (B)   The property and assets of Authority remaining after the dissolution of the Authority shall belong to the township.
