§ 154.17 HISTORICAL FACILITY, BUILDING OR STRUCTURE; PRESERVATION.
   (A)   The public facility, building or structure which is determined by the governing body to have significant historical interest shall be preserved in a manner as deemed necessary by the governing body in accordance with laws relative to the preservation of historical sites.
   (B)   The Authority shall refer all proposed changes to the exterior sites listed on the State Register of Historical Sites in the National Register of Historical Places to the applicable Historic District Commission created under Pub. Act 169 of 1970, being M.C.L.A. §§ 399.201 et seq. or the Secretary of State for review.
