§ 154.09 REVENUE BONDS.
   The Authority may borrow money and issue its negotiable revenue bonds therefor pursuant to Pub. Act 94 of 1933, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 141.01 et seq. Revenue bonds issued by the Authority shall not, except as hereinafter provided, be deemed a debt of the township or of the state.
