The township may take private property under Pub. Act 149 of 1911, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 213.21 et seq., for the purpose of transferring to the Authority, and may transfer to the Authority for the use an improved development, on terms and conditions it deems appropriate, and the taking, transferring and use should be considered necessary for public purposes for the benefit of the public.
