(A) All writings, items of records prepared, owned or used, in the possession of or retained by the Board in the performance of official function shall be made available to the public in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act, Pub. Act 442 of 1976, being M.C.L.A. §§ 15.231 through 15.246.
(B) All expense items of the Authority shall be publicized monthly and the financial records should always be open to the public.
