(A) The Board shall perform and conduct all business public meetings held in compliance with Pub. Act 267 of 1976, being M.C.L.A. §§ 15.261 to 15.275, which is also known as the Open Meetings Act.
(B) The Board shall adopt any rules necessary governing its procedure and the holding of regular meetings subject to the approval of the governing body.
(C) Special meetings may be held when called in the manner provided for in the rules of the Board, as long as the meetings comply with the Open Meetings Act.
