§ 153.064 CONDEMNATION.

The Township Board may initiate proceedings and prosecute for condemnation of non-conforming sings under the power of eminent domain in accordance with Pub. Act 149 of 1911, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 213.21 through 213.41, or other appropriate statutes.
