§ 151.076 OPEN MEETINGS ACT APPLICABLE.
   A meeting of the Board of Appeals shall be held pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Pub. Act 267 of 1976, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 15.261 et seq. Public notice of the time, date and place of the meeting shall be given in the manner required by the Open Meeting Act.
