This chapter shall be known and cited as the "Kochville Township Dangerous Buildings Ordinance". An ordinance to provide for the demolition of dangerous buildings within the township, to provide definitions relating to dangerous buildings, to prohibit the maintenance of dangerous buildings, to provide a procedure for notice and hearing relating to repair or demolition of dangerous buildings, to provide for an appeal of the decision of the Township Building Official, to provide for the recovery by the township of costs related to the demolition of dangerous buildings, to repeal Ord. 71-3 for the preservation of the public health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the township.
