(A) The township hereby elects to enforce the State Plumbing Code within the township.
(B) Pursuant to the provisions of the State Plumbing Code, in accordance with § 8b(6) of Pub. Act 230 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 through 125.1531, the Plumbing Code Official of the township is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibility of the township under Pub. Act 230 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 through 125.1531. The township assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of the Act throughout its corporate limits.
(C) This section shall be effective after legal publication and in accordance with provision of the Act governing same.
