Any transient merchant desiring to engage in business, as a transient merchant within the limits of the township shall make and file, with the Township Zoning Administrator, a written application for a permit to engage in business as a transient merchant. The application shall contain the name, address, telephone number of the owner of the business, the name and address of all individuals who will work within the township limits, the articles to be offered for sale, description of any vehicles to be used, the hours and days of proposed operation and whether any of the persons who will work within the township have been convicted of a crime.
