No transient merchant shall be exempt from the provisions of this chapter by reason of associating temporarily with any merchant, tradesperson or other person doing business permanently within the township, or by conducting business in connection with or as a part of the permanent business, or in the name of, any merchant, tradesperson or other person doing business permanently in the township.
