For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
TRANSIENT MERCHANT. All persons, associations, firms and corporations and their agents, servants and employees, who engage temporarily in a retail sale of goods, wares or merchandise within the limits of the township. The transaction of business by any merchant for a period of time of not less than eight hours on two separate days of each week for less than six consecutive months shall be considered a TRANSIENT MERCHANT, according to this section.
