§ 111.24 CRITERIA FOR NON-RENEWAL OR REVOCATION.
   The Township Board may recommend non-renewal or revocation of a license upon a determination by it that, based upon a preponderance of the evidence presented at the hearing, one or more of the following conditions or circumstances exist:
   (A)   A violation of any applicable Building, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing or Fire Codes, zoning ordinances, public health ordinances or any other applicable law or ordinances;
   (B)   The maintenance by the licensee of a nuisance upon the premises;
   (C)   The failure to begin the sale of alcoholic beverages under the license at the premises within 12 months after approval of the license by the Township Board;
   (D)   The ceasing of active operation of the licensed business for more than six consecutive months; and/or
   (E)   Amounts owed to the township by the applicant or any owner or tenant of the licensed premises, including, but not limited to, any real or personal property taxes, special assessments, sewer charges or water charges, which are delinquent or remain unpaid.
