Any establishment seeking a liquor license from the State Liquor Control Commission for the sale of beer, wine or spirits or other alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises (an on-premises license) shall first obtain approval of its application by the Township Board, as provided by this chapter. The applicant shall bear the burden of establishing compliance with all requirements of this chapter.
