Words or phrases used in this chapter that are specifically defined in the State Liquor Control Code, as amended, M.C.L.A. §§ 436.1101 et seq., have the meanings given to them by that code and the regulations promulgated under the code, including, without limitation, the following: "alcoholic liquor" (also referred to in this chapter as "alcoholic beverage"), "beer", "wine" and "spirits".
