(A) Any violation of or any failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter on the first and second offense shall be deemed a municipal civil infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed $250.
(B) Any subsequent violation of, or any failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed a municipal civil infraction punishable by a fine not to exceed $500. In addition, the township may seek other remedies through a court of competent jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
